Funny this comes up i was watching a jay cutlers house vid on u tube and in his pantry he walks in and there are all these powders and supps all fromthe same brand and all the labels happen to be facingthe same way (out) and hes like: u gotta have a pantry full of supplements when ur a pro BBr.. Im thinking yeh now show us where the actual stuff u take is dude. Lol.. What a freaking crock. Have yall watched some of the BBr before and after steroid pics?? I tell u some of em are amazing!! Like ronnie coleman for example. He added like an entire person worth of LBM. U can look and it is almost as if their bone structure had to grow to be able to hold all that muscle.

I think at the point they are at even things like their hands and feet grow, the muscles in the anyway. When I shook Heaths hand it was bulky lol so I think your right and they at least appear to change their bone structure.

Idk if you've seen the thread I made in the pics of pros section but its crazy some of their transformations.
