Pre workout drink
A up lads n lasses
I'm in need of a new pre workout drink I currently use bpi 1mr,but it doesn't cut it anymore :-(
Please suggest a new one

have you tried taking a break? i noticed i built up quite a resistance to it layed off for 2 weeks and now i get the shakes half way through drinking it.

'It doesn't cut it ANYMORE'
Meaning it used to be good but now it isn't.....
One problem with pre-wo supps is that they tend to have stimulants in there that u 'feel'..... Once you stop feeling them 'working' due to your body building up a tolerance you assume that they are not working.....
I'd just buy some raw ingredients from a bulk powder supplier and make ur own....

I switch between two brands and then use expresso in between switching to the other preworkout out... So far so good

I do like watching training clips an hour before I go to the gym, I have a 2 monitor screens so I can have one open all the time while I'm doing other things. Usually I am all fired up after watching Yates or similar train. I also try to focus what I am going to do and keep everything else out of my mind, its hard when you got everyday issues floating round in your head but I can easily do this for the short time I am training.

I'm starting to use more caffein pre-wo.....
But other than that nothing much..... I'd never buy a pre-wo supp.... Just make ur own...

Allmax Razor 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried a dozen of em or better and normlly have to dbl dose. I dbl dosed this shyt and thought I was going to the ER 1/2 hour intothe workout! It is silly strong!!!!!!!!!!

200-300mg caffeine. No time for coffee so just use the tabs which are cheap and quick.

My jet fuel:
1 coffee cup (prefer a 16oz travel one)
Brew espresso to fill coffee cup
1 scoop cappuccino powder (or 1 serving)
2 unsweetened Stok cups
It's approximately 100 calories and IIRC 800mg caffeine. I would drink these all day like a redneck drinks beer.

I blend one scoop of protein powder and one cup of frozen fruit and either a cup of black coffee or a Crave every packet that I mix with water
