I've only seen lucky charms once, and that's at an American store in Southampton. They sell buttermilk pancake mix, Hershey's, butterfingers, twinkles, peanut butter M&Ms, cereal I never knew existed, tons of fizzy drinks, basically everything us Brits have seen in American movies. All the good stuff.
I have to walk past the store a few times a week... It's very hard.

But on a serious note... I have this supplimental chest workout that I designed for a friend of mine. It's called " The Sunken Chest Workout" it's a 6 week program. I can send it to you if you'd like to try it. How much time do you have?

So do you have a problem with my chest and its development ? Or is it you just have a problem with me in general ? Who said I wanted overdeveloped pectorals anyway ? Never realised thwre was a problem with my pecs till you said anything. Are you just having a bad day ? Or is the canadian sense of humour us brits dont get ? You saved up for a PC yet ?

Good work mAte, if the comp was another 4 or 5 weeks you'd have a chance of doing quite well. May as well just dive into those beers for the next few weeks instead

Seriously, really good work. Got a plan for the last 2 weeks, more of the same?

Haha yeah I think I'm gonna continue with what im doing after the comp ends anyway and just see how low bf I can get with the current macros.

More of the same really. Well I missed cardio a few times due to crappy weather and muscles aching all the time, so i pumped loads of BCAA and glutamine in and im right again, so maybe a little bit more cardio, t3 clen and carb cycling.

To be fair I was surprised at both my body weight being slightly higher and being nearly record pb low bf, so I thought it best I take some photos.

100% cold. Trust me. Ive had 2 surgeries for herniated/ruptured discs. It's Ice.

If it's slipped, out of place, pinched I would go see a chiropractor that does spinal decompression or you can try an inversion table as long as you do it like 3x a day properly. Do not hang 90 deg. Dont hang upside down. Just 70 deg or so.

If your sciatic nerve is pinched, you have pain down the legs or leg also keep using ice. If in 3 days it's not better ask the doctor for prednisone. Dont do epidural injections except as a last resort.

    Thanks Lovbyts.

Ok iv seen the doc and she doesn't think it's a slipped disc, I haven't trapped any nerves. She thinks it was just a spasm. Not as bad as first thought but still not good. I'm glad I took some pictures Sunday anyway as they might be final offerings.

Good to hear. No, a couple days of consistent ice you will be fine. Dont start using any heat until after day 3 at least and then I would only use something like icy hot.

Use the ice 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off and repeat 3x. Also do it 3x a day at least. Really this will help so keep it up. I even lay on an ice pack in bed or the floor. You can also do it sitting in a chair. Start out with it on the out side of the shirt for a few minutes then put it on the back. You get use to it quickly.
