MR-FQ320 Conditioning Classic Log
Hi, welcome and thankyou for taking time to read my thread, hopefully it will be interesting enough for you to follow for the duration of the competition.
As most of us know the Conditioning Classic is due to start 18/03/2013, here is my competition log for the duration. I am going to attack this competition from many angles using different techniques and strategies, namely fasted Am cardio, carb cycling, peptides, AAS is only a possibility as this stage as I am currently in PCT and recovering from a bulk cycle. My goal is fat loss, i calipered myself the other day and measured 10.74% @ 219 lbs 5'10
The basic outline
Diet - I have been maintaing a weight of 219lbs for a few weeks now on 2500 cals ED with a macro split of about 40/40/20, so I am going to modify this slightly to cycle the carbs and to fit in with my workout schedule, Monday Tuesday 40% less cabs than my current diet Wednesday 20%more carbs, Thursday Friday 40% less Saturday 20% more, Sunday will be one carb meal the rest will be mainly protein.
Training AM Fasted cardio 30mins 5/6 times a week on my mountain bike, Will also try to do 2000m three times a week on the rowing machine at the Gym to try and beat the current time of 6.41 my first and only try recorded 7.41, weight training will be switched to higher reps and more isolation, negative reps and dropsets will continue, training 6 days a week for about 45-60 mins, one minute rest max between sets and three mins max rest between exercises
Supplements Creatine, glutamine, BCAA's, mega multi vitamin, Omega3, Omega3/6/9
Peptides i am going to try 176-191 250mcg sub Q before AM cardio, I am also using Melanotan, I am considering the use of FTPP Fat Targetted Proapoptotic Peptide ADIPOTIDE but not from the off.
AAS I am currently coming towards the end of PCT, I would love nothing more than to jump on another cycle, tomorrow if I could but Me and Mrs-FQ320 are trying for another child, if she gets pregnant before the end of the competition I will start a 'cutting' AAS cycle.
Well I hope there are enough points of interest there to keep you following my progress for the next three months. I will be posting pictures monthly and will post the first set when they are required in the competition thread. Wish me luck.

Ugh I hate been sick. I felt ok when I woke up yesterday morning, must have had 5 or 6 coffees and excess stomach acid flared up again. Still in pain this morning. I've hardly eaten anything in the last three days, stomach is bloated, photos will not be good.

OK so stomach is much better so I'm back on it, eating back to normal and gaining lost (water) weight again hopefully strength and stamina will have returned for today's Chest session.
Ordered green tea, omega 3, milk thistle and digestive enzymes from holland and Barrett this morning.
Forget to mention I am also supplementing with T4 50mg ed.
Chest session should be high intensity, isolation, DB's

MR, your current pics look very different from the pics from the last comp. you look much, much better now! what happened? was it just the poses or did you make some gains in between the comps?

TBH I'm surprised at the difference myself and nearly happy with the pictures I'm my own worst critic. I'm not sure if being sick and not eating for a few days helped give that appearance, either way I have to improve on it and I think my plan will improve myself.
During the last month, I have been in pct and by my standards made a pretty quick recovery, I lost the bloat from sust and deca and bought some HGH which I suspect not to be legit and supplementing with 50mg T4 ED, cardio has started again, that's it, diet has been steady and regular.

Trained chest monday and still got DOMS wednesday, missed tuesday, toasted back today - all good stuff.
Diet has been more bulking style the first three days this week hoping to put the weight i lost last week from sickness, carb cycling starts tomorrow.
177-191 has started at 250mcg before bed, next week I will also add in another shot before AM fasted cardio, due to shift work I cannot do fasted cardio this week.

Thanks man, well its going to be at least another month anyway :-( lol (clomid for the mrs next month)
Hey Papa Smurf, not too bad at all, thanks for asking, how about yourself?
In summary its not been a bad week, training has been good and intense, DOMS for each muscle group, stuck to higher reps and more sets, lots of dropsets, diet has been a little dirty by my standards, weighed in at 217lbs this morning, cardio has been a bit poor - this is the one thing that has been relaxed since our first born came and still find it difficult to find time to do it, I hate indoor cardio machines they bore me to tears, i was hoping for better weather now the nights and mornings are getting lighter which should make it easier to get out on the MTBike - I love pedalling hard through those country lanes up ont hills.
