Did legs today at about 70 percent capacity with no knee issues. So that's a huge relief. I've lightened up the weight some to correct my form on a few things and trying to get my hamsto catch up with my quads. But overall a great workout. I'll determine in the next few days if next week I'll be able to hit it full force. Don't wanna rush back into an injury
