187.8 lbs. hell I may be 180 lbs by the end of this thing if I can keep muscle. But I think the extremely small doses I'm taking may just may keep me anabolic .

I'm about exactly the same as you for weight. I will probably be down around 180 also after I cut, if I follow through.
No narrow grip? I find I get a lot of pump in the back doing narrow grip especially with cable or even bands believe it or not. Concentrate on squeezing the lats but not the shoulders or traps at all.

I have found my body works almost opposite as other people's. for years I've done things the way others do or the magazines say to. Not until I started experimenting and trying what felt right di I start to grow. I've put mor size on my legs by not doing squats and size on my chest doing only incline movements. Bis I can't take to full contraction because after 3/4 up the tension is released. My body is built weird. But I've about got it figured out.

It has been 4 yrs. I really had forgotten how bad 0 carbs for the day are.
Good news I probably just ate 10 lbs of spinach with my 6 oz of chicken
And my Publix Diet Sweet Tea which has 0 everything. Hell water has trace amts of stuff. Weird but good.
