Well Friday morning I weighed in at 194 lbs.
something about Saturday made me say screw it. A blew off the diet.
I went to bed Saturday night at 203 lbs. holy hell.
Didn't weigh this morning. Curious what tomorrow will bring.

The 4 cream filled pastries I had for breakfast with biscuit and gravy and fried chick breast took the place of my ice cream. And turkey sandwiches sushi and Mexican food. But don't for get the beer. I really fell of the wagon. But back on now at a lower weight. So I feel ok with it. Anytime you gain 9 lbs and lose 10 lbs in 48 hrs it has to be healthy.
