This is how my day started
Well, I woke up Monday morning
With no way to hold my head that didn't hurt.
And the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad,
So I had one more for dessert.
Then I fumbled in my closet through my clothes
And found my cleanest dirty shirt.
Then I washed my face and combed my hair
And stumbled down the stairs to meet the day.
Can't wait to watch your log Cape

6 am Bowl of apple cinnamon Cheerios / 6 eqq whites Greek yogurt w/ fruit 1 cup of oats
8 am. 6 egg whites
10 am. Handful of nuts
12 pm. Double cheese burger w/ fries
2 pm 6 egg whites
4 pm Greek yogurt with fruit
6 pm chicken breast broccoli
8 pm Greek yogurt w/ fruit
10 pm 6 egg whites
