    Wk 1

    Monday chest. Split the skin in 2 places got such a pump and growth.

    Tuesday back Hurt my shoulder

    Wednesday legs due to shoulder. Not bad following back.

    6 am Bowl of apple cinnamon Cheerios / 6 eqq whites Greek yogurt w/ fruit 1 cup of oats
    8 am. 6 egg whites
    10 am. Handful of nuts
    12 pm. Double cheese burger w/ fries
    2 pm 6 egg whites
    4 pm Greek yogurt with fruit
    6 pm chicken breast broccoli
    8 pm Greek yogurt w/ fruit
    10 pm 6 egg whites

    Lose some body fat and gain a little more muscle. A better shape.
    I know what your going to say..... About the diet. I said I would give it 2 weeks just to see. I can cut hard if I need to. I have to know. I'm just that kinda guy.

    A weight loss diet is different to a fat loss diet. I suspect you will definitely lose some weight buddy.

    Any idea on your macro's?

    Are those Dans super eggs that somehow have 5-6g of protein in each white? Whereas normal eggs only have 3-4g
