I've already started my cycle about 5 weeks ago. So far I've put on about 20 total pounds so far.
Stats as of this past Wednesday:
224.5
Roughly 15% bf
Current cycle:
1-8 800mg prop a week
1-8 200mg enth a week
1-4 700mg var a week
Then dropping to 200mg enth for 4 weeks
Coming back up with:
1-8 800mg prop a week
1-8 200mg enth a week
1-8 500mg tren ace a week
Diet is:
4am:
morning shake consists of:
1 cup egg whites
.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop casein
2 tbsp cold milled flax seed
2 tbsp macadamia nut oil
7am:
6 whole omega eggs
5 strips turkey bacon
10am:
6 oz salmon
12pm:
8 oz chicken
1 oz walnuts
3pm:
6 oz salmon
6pm:
8 oz chicken
1 oz almonds
8pm: workout
9pm:
1 oz chocolate covered almonds
Shake (same as above but whey added)
11pm:
8 oz talapia
Comes out to about 3600 cals, 476g protein, 31g carbs, 276g fat
I know, I know...not a common diet, but I'm carb sensitive and this is a diet I'm having success with as of right now. Eating about 800 cal above tdee and putting on minimal fat (gained roughly 3% in about 8 weeks).
Also taking:
T3 100mcg
Will start daily workout updates today as well.
