Yeah, ok. I had previously mentioned that i wanted to be around 235lbs w/10% BF at the end of this little comp. Well, that's now went to the wayside as i simply can't lie to myself or you guys as well. I just like to eat too much. and i do a damn good job doing so.

That being said, here are my new goals:

As of today i weigh in at 236lbs. Probably 14% bf. Maybe 16%.

Starting Monday for 8 weeks not giving dosages)

Test (large amounts)
D-Bol ( similar but for only 3 weeks)

4-6 weeks before end of comp will look like this:

Test (moderate amount)
Tren A (moderate amount)
Winstrol (moderate amount)
My diet will be my biggest issue here. Cardio being the second. If i can master those two, i think i'll be ok.

Training is easy. Just lift according to set plan and all is good.

Pics will be up Sunday night for anyone interested.

Target weight will be 255lbs. And yeah, my back will hurt too but to hell w/it. This is probably my last hooorah! haha....Oh yeah, TR. I'm bringing back the 3:1 for a few weeks. Will be posting lifts as well! And it will probably piss off a lot of the competitors seeing a 44 year old stpete just killing it!

contests are too short term for me Marcus.

I'd get in the zone, be all focused, and then, increase my risk of injury.

For me, I'll settle for slow and steady gains. and that can only happen if I remain injury free.
