    Perseverance's uhh....journal?

    In the coming weeks I'll be posting some information here that's going to assist me in winning this comp. It probably won't be very interesting to you guys and I wouldn't recommend a revisit but ehh...I figured this would be an appropriate place to put this thread.

    Alright...so I'm mostly going to be using this as a log for my dosing protocols and possibly some of my vitals as well.

    I'll likely be starting this in about 14 days (hopefully less) so I've still got some time but for now I'll put down what I've got.


    First 20 days I'll be taking DNP. I'll do 250mg for the first three days to see how I react to it and from there I will ramp up to 500mg a day. I'll take all 500 at once in the morning and see how I do and obviously play it by ear from there. On day 20 I'll be done regardless of results as it will be time to start bulking. Plus, after 20 days of DNP usage it gets a little more dangerous and risky...

    In addition to the DNP I'll be taking IGF-1 Lr3 @ 50mcg (25 each bilaterally) doing localized injections post workout. Since I'm doing a 4-3 lifting split that means I'll be pinning Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

    I'm going to pin my calves, pecs, traps, and switch between bi's and tri's every week.

    After a month I'll stop pinning my arms and start cycling my delts.

    I'll be pinning immediately post workout which along with my low dose should minimize any undesirable intestinal growth.

    I'll have enough for over a years worth at this dosage but I'll take a 2 month break after roughly 4 months following this protocol so all my new muscle cells will have time to mature.

    On top of the above I'll also be taking GHRP-6 and CJC-1295 w/o DAC 3x a day at 100mcg each.

    First dose will be right when I wake up (preloading syringe before bedtime). Then 30 minutes after I pin I will eat my first meal of the day.

    Second dose will be immediately after I finish my workout (which means no carbs/fats for at least an hour pre workout) and then I'll likely be drinking a single scoop of whey protein, driving home, and then having my post workout feast no sooner than 30 minutes after pinning.

    Third dose will be right before bed...which means no food but protein 3 hours prior to sleepy time. I might just eat 8oz of chicken breast and 1 scoop of whey pre bed, got a whole month to play with my bulking macros so we'll see.

    I'll be pinning:

    125mg test
    350mg tren

    For the first few weeks of the above protocol, but on April 10th ill be ramping up to 700mg/week of tren (possibly will start 1 week later,depends on DNP sides and lab work/vitals)

    Starting May 22nd I'll be adding in Mast at 800mg/week.

    Depending on results I may stop Tren on July 1st, but if I'm not where I want to be then I will continue for a maximum of two weeks. Additionally, July 1st is when I will ramp my test up to 500mg/week, along with my AI dosage as well obviously.

    Caber will be taken @ .5mg e3d throught this cycle, and I may continue taking it after I stop taking tren...but I need to do more research first.

    While doing the above I'll also be running Accutane at 40mg to start, and maybe ramp up to 60 or 80 after 4 weeks if I haven't made the headway that I am hoping for.

    As you can see my dates go far beyond the competition deadline. I really only joined the competition because I'm the fattest and most out of shape I've ever been so I figured I'd have a good shot of winning despite my nagging injury and starting a couple weeks late.

    My true deadline for a full body recomp is August 1. My goal in that timeframe is to drop to sub 10% body fat while getting up to at least 185 pounds of LBM. I'll be using the bod pod a number of times throughout this journey to help adjust my macros and provide a constant accurate measurement for my progress.

    I'll also be monitoring my BP/HR at least 10 different times throughout the day (and body temp when on DNP) along with getting Regular blood work, prostate exams, and EKG's to help me make sure I don't kill myself.

    Finally finished with the issues of my private life....now starting DNP (this is my first day)....won't have any gear or peptides or anything for a good 10 more days, maybe a bit longer but sometimes you gotta make due with what you've got.


    Anyway, weighed in at 202.2 this morning, BP/HR was normal, and body temp at 97.8. I took 1 250mg tab of DNP about 20-30 mins ago....not feeling anything yet. Don't plan on moving up to 500mg/day until the end of day 3 though.

    Sadly, no car for about a week (just arrived in USA and have to update my license and buy a car) so my weight training will consist of lifting a fork to my mouth....

    Do body weight exercises or jog to a close gym.

    Keep us updated on the DNP...hadn't had the balls to use it, don't know if I will, but I'm curious how u fair.

    Got lucky and will be able to go to the gym on my split...which is a 4/1 DC variant that I'm not going to go into (gotta protect my innovations!)

    Woke up today 199.2, a full 3 pounds lighter. Yesterday I drank 2.5 gallons of water and had a moderate amount of additional sweating from the 250mg tab of DNP I took...it won't fully kick in until the third day though but so far so good I guess. Getting my mailbox set up and then I'll be ordering all my gear and everything later today, haven't taken test in 2 weeks (prepping for my TRT scrip) and haven't taken tren in 6 days now so I really need to get some stuff.

    The only other thing I really noticed was I got dizzy/light headed/seeing spots towards the end of my workout but I was lifting at 4pm with only 1 meal under my belt due to passing out from mega jet lag.

    Also, part of my 3 pound weight loss was likely from me discontinuing my "shit sandwich" diet as I spent 60 hours traveling through various airports.....will try to report back tomorrow with more info.

    Woke up at 198.6.... BP/HR normal and body temp at 98.2. I drank 2 gallons of water yesterday and had some issues lifting (I'm much weaker on the DNP + my 2000 calorie deficit is crushing my lifts) but I'm not trying to hit any PRs lol...just trying to stop being fat.

    I should probably add that my profuse head sweating actually woke me up last night 2 hours into my sleep cycle....then I had trouble getting back to bed...

    Woke up today weighing in at 197.6 with BP at 108/82, HR at 109 (how to lower this) and body temp at 98.2

    Yesterday I bumped it up to 500mg. 250 around 7am and another 250 around noon.....this stuff is no joke...these sides suck lol. I'm doing 21 days on (not going above 500mg) and then I had PLANNED on stopping...I may just lower to 250mg and cruise until I'm sub 8% bf, just depends on what my boat is telling me.

    Yesterday I drank 2 gallons of water and started seeing spots while working out (a trend while on such a deficit + this compound)

    Yup thanks for asking...I woke up 4 hours early on accident and weighed myself (199) then ate so today is kinda a wash regarding my progress....that being said though, yesterday I made myself go hypoglycemic and almost died (it was intentional) so I did have to carb load quite a bit.

    I'm also upping my caloric intake by about 500 (all from carbs) so we'll see how that goes......this drug really sucks lol.

    Yup as of today dropping my dosage down to 250mg from 500.....experienced some chest pain that I don't like so I'll lower the dose and see what happens.

    Nope, didn't drop it down....just bought a shitload of antioxidants + strawberries and bananas. So far so good.....

    Weighed in at 194 after less than a week on DNP....these sides are kicking my ass though. I'd rather take 2grams of tren than deal with these
    Night sweats.....

    Anyway, officially no matter what I'm dropping the dose from 500mg to 250mg today.

    Also, went hypoglycemic at the gym last night....vending machine saved me lol.

    Yeah man, this shit really ****ing sucks but I'm gonna do a few weeks on low dose and see how that treats me. I go into the bodpod on Tuesday to get a baseline and then 14 days later ill hit it again to see just how much work DNP is doing.

    One thing I'm having trouble with is controlling my heart rate. It's been 100-116 every morning when I wake up.

    Any ideas?

    Just got done with the BODPOD, 197 pounds 14% body fat.

    Only taking 250mg DNP and just started ghrp/cjc yesterday (2 100/100 shots).

    No gear yet : /

    Maybe in 2-3 weeks after I get my TRT scrip...I'm def shutting down from not giving myself my own TRT dose.....


    OH, and I just start 10mg cialis daily today....gonna see how that does too.


    OOOHHH, and I did my "first" TB-500 4mg shot yesterday....damn I do a lot of drugs lol.

    Oh yeah and I started MT-II today 250mcg

    250mg of DNP a day isn't bad at all....night sweats kinda suck but hopefully igf and ghrp/cjc can help me sleep through it tonight...we'll see.

    Oh yeah...pinning igf-1 lr3 reconned with AA SUCKS.

    My next batch is going to be with bac water and then ill do spot injections....for this mg ill be pinning only sub q. Hopefully I don't end up with Ronnie intestines lol.

    Been pinning what SHOULD amount to 200/200 ghrp/cjc all day, going to work in 4 pins/day while cutting.

    Anyone know if your body builds a tolerance to those peps?

    Well....down to 190....still have a 32 inch waist (same as when I was 197).....not sure how I feel about that : /

    15 more days till I get into the bodpod again to see how I'm doing.

    I'm around 190 with a 31.5in waist. STARTING test/tren this week...hope I don't bloat too much from the test.

    Honestly though, I'd need a 25 inch waist for my chest to look good lol...this nagging back/rotator cuff injury is really hindering my chest/delt gains : /

    I never remember my chest lagging this much

    I go into the BODPOD to see how fat I am again in 12 days.

    Oh yeah, does water weight count as fat or lean mass in a bodpod...should I stop drinking fluids 24 hours before I test or??? I am looking for accurate results.
