Actually no. I can work my legs pretty damn hard and never suffer more than noodle legs. They are use to volleyball, gymnastics, cheer leading, running and working out. I believe this is why it's so hard to get them defined. Either that or I suck. I can (properly) squat a lot of weight. Have even thrown Bulgarian squats in... Cardio usually 20-30 min running twice a day plus my weight & resistance training. Well didn't do cardio last week due to whatever is going on with me. But for the first time ever this new routine I did with my legs, for once, quads, hammies and arse are still sore lolQuote:
