    Spidiegirl list of junk

    Diet starts in the morning!

    starting at 157.5 pounds at 5'7"

    body fat is about 30% or so

    I have goals yes I do... meeting them is not always easy but I have goals.

    Iam curious as to how you'll fare with this. I havent met you, but it seems that you are going to have great success with this comp. All of you women have great starts and are going to be very fun to watch. My wife wanted to join and asked if she could last night, but I told her it was too late, She is going to be following and competeing (off the record), so I might start a log for her.
