Yes unfortunately. Long story short, ive had a setback with my back. I didn't share it with the forum.
I haven't been to the gym in almost a month. Went back yesterday for the first time. Feels good, but not able to participate in this event. I really wanted to though. Oh well, there will be a next time, im sure.![]()
but i realized that the worse shape you're in now, actually increase your chances of winning this! since its the most improved contest, if you look damn good now, how much can you improve?
but i am enjoying myself as a spectator

Using that logic I may do quite well. LOL I just have to convince the shoulder to let me work hard enough. It's still only up to 60-70% but thats a massive improvement compared to a few months ago.
