Doesnt really take much if you have the motivation. You saw the pictures of the gym I use at work didnt you? Most Resorts have better equipment than I use. Mine = 1980s high school.

No air? Yeah I can relate. If you remember mine has not air or heat. This winter the thermometer showed 37 deg's at times and besides wearing gloves I found a generator I used to warm my hands between sets. I'm sure it will be just the opposite and I will look forward to 90 deg days. lol
