So what are you peeps eating?
I know we are all on different agendas for this contest, but what kind of things are you guys/gals eating? Are you eating so strictly at this point that you dont get to enjoy your food or making some interesting food choices to keep yourself happy?
So far a lot of my diet has been around leaner foods but definitely not super strict. Lots of:
Baked white potatos with all the fixings (aside from butter)
White rice (salted)
Chicken breasts Im pounding and cooking in chili oil
Homemade meatloaf
Homemade pork wontons
So whats on the menu?

14oz salmon
16oz chicken
2 shakes (egg whites, flax, pro., almond milk, macadamia oil)
6 omega eggs
5 turkey bacon
8 oz talapia
1 oz almond
1oz walnuts
1oz chocolate covered almonds (post wo)
Occasionally I'll have more chicken or fish. Bout once a week I'll eat me something not good for me.
It all depends in my cheat, I'm bulking so pretty much whatever the hell I want! Lol even if its a cheat day!!! Haha

so I wonder if my body is f'd up or if its super efficient. When I was around 205 and 10%, I only ate 21-2300 cals per day while on my only "bulking" cycle. I had only ever cycled to maintain muscle while hard cutting (sub 1900 cals). I wonder if I should push myself to eat 4000 and see how I react with a real bulk up

My first cheat meal will be Easter lunch next Sunday. I am absolutely limiting them as I have a beach holiday 8 weeks into this comp and every evening meal will be a cheat that week.
My normal daily food list is
WPI
Cottage cheese
Oats
Bran flakes
Skim milk
Eggs
White fish
Chicken
Homemade bread
Green beans
Tuna
Ketchup
Low fat mayo
Broccoli
Potato farls
Raspberry jam
96/4ground beef/pork loin
Tomatoes
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
Whole wheat pasta/Brown basmati rice
Flavoured rice cakes
That's enough variety for me to not get bored and feel the need to cheat. Maybe that list will need cleaning up a little for the last few weeks, hope not though.NO SOURCES GIVEN
