Curious : Do any of you know each other?

Pretty simple question....do any of you actually know each other in real life? And by real life I'm referring to outside the steroid.com message board or any other message board. Now I know this will be painful for a few but a message board is not real life, lol!

The reason I'm asking is because years ago, back in 2003, 2004 on "get big" several of us on the steroid board actually became real life friends. Granted, that message board has turned into a pool of vomit in recent years but it use to have a lot of good guys on it, at least on the steroid section. I can't count how many of those guys (guys and girls actually) I met and trained with or met and hungout with at the ASC and even got together with when on the road for drinks or something like that. Several of them I still keep in touch with today in a complete non-steroid or bodybuilding related way.

So I was wondering, does that kind of thing happen any more or has the internet turned into such a cesspool of patheticness and weirdness that this sort of thing is foreign now days?

Actually we met when my best friend introduced him to my then husband in World of WarCrack... My then husband didn't like him, but thought we'd get a long. We became friends and when we ended up both becoming single within days of each other tried to help each other with that. One thing led to another and we've now been together almost 6 years.

BrownGirl and I met JohnnyVegas when we lived in Vegas. A lot of us used to always talk about meeting up in Vegas, but it never really happened. Of course now that I live in Arkansas everybody is gonna have to come here since everybody who's anybody knows that I'm where the party is. LOL

Currently I'm less than 20 miles from LA between Magnolia and Texarkana. Though I loved living in Jessieville, and used to own a house between Airport Blvd and Albert Pike in Hot Springs.

I'm glad you asked if that counts because things only count if I say they count. I have spoken....LOL!

Anyway, I was just curious. I was mostly curious because since this is a steroid board, not a general board with a steroid section, I didn't know if people met up like with other boards or if that even happens at all any more. Because it's a steroid board I'm sure some are afraid to meet anyone because many like keeping a hidden identity...even though it's not as hidden as many probably tend to think.
