So from your biggest weight after bulking to you lightest after cutting how much scale weight does it shift? I know a competitor that uses and off season bulking he'll tip the scales at 280 (he's 6' 6") and steps on stage at a lean 237.

Completely depends on how dirty you bulk... this could add +/- 30lb right there. Then you take into account that you dehydrate for contest which can be another double digit amount.
Even someone who sits at a relatively low bf during bulking (say 12-14%) can still drop 40+lb total during contest prep
205-164 was mine. 15 weeks.
250-180 11 weeks
Wow thanks for the replies guys. I was freaking out that I had gone from 240 to 215 today. I'm happy with the way I'm looking but damn if i don't feel like a lightweight.
Not as drastic, but 230-192 in 16 weeks (but added muscle during the process)
298-225 in 12 weeks
Not as good as Fonzy
230 to 190 in 90 days :-)
