    Stomach bug diet?

So I got some delicious gas station sushi wednesday, and puked out my guts the past 48 hours. I was wondering; what do all of you do during a stomach bug if you're pre-contest or mid cycle?

All I can usually tolerate is pedialyte or water w/electrolytes, chicken broth, and maybe some soup or saltines and coke/gatoraide (which is a bitch for the diet) during those days, and it's usually BRAT diet for two more.

Any suggestions? Do you keep pinning, or just wait till its over?

lol, yeah, it wasn't gas station sushi. It was some nasty hole in the wall place by Sprouts in Round Rock. Found the commercial entertaining while lying in bed though...

Origami. I think it was the eel or squid; I only had edamame and sake before that.

Thanks. Next time go to Austin. Try Musashino, Uchi or Uchico.

That's like the insurance commercial, some things aren't a good idea like gas station sushi. Only food that is good from a gas station is fried gizzards. Now I'm hungry

Sorry to hear you got food poisoning. There actually is a commonly recommended diet for gastroenteritis, it's called a BRAT diet:
    Bananas
    Rice
    Apples sauce
    Toast

    Hope you feel better soon!
