I owe $136.19 on my truck!! It's my second vehicle but the first I have paid for myself. Now that it's going to be paid off, I want to do a few upgrades to it.

It's a Black 2005 F150 STX 2WD Supercab. I was thinking about a cold air intake and a performance chip. I'm not sure what else. I'm looking for ideas. I think I eventually want to get some black rims for it! What are y'all's thoughts?

    Close that wheel gap somehow...

CAI does very little on its own (despite what the packaging says) so aftermarket tuning will be needed to make use of it.

Haha! Not a ford guy I'm guessing. Well I have replaced the F150 emblems aroun the truck with ZMAN. It looks pretty awesome and people think it is a special model!

Not particularly. I think they look good, they're just gutless in my opinion. I don't wanna start up a ford/Chevy/dodge/Toyota debate lol just my opinion.

    Yeah ppl r stupid...

Hypertech for ford. Wow. Changes everything. Reprograms everything or you can select what you want. Then dual exhaust.

Yeah the wheel gap is not so flattering. That pic is one I pulled off the net. I don't have any pics of mine currently. I did have larger tires on there at one point but it didn't close it much. Any ideas??

I have never heard of those! The fg gs looks pretty sweet. I don't think I care to much for the maloo though.

It's a little tough to haul 1/2 ton of gravel, dirt, 12ft studs or sheetrock in the back of your Volvo

too much cold air too fast. It can (not always, but can) cause issues with the combustion process. I don't recall the exact science behind it, but it's something to do with the temp of the incoming air and the atomizing of the fuel when it gets injected. You'd be better off sticking with a K&N o.e. replacement. Of course if you're changing the entire fuel managment profile it might not be an issue.
