    Your proudest lift...

So what lifts have you guys/girls most impressed yourself with? Was it setting a goal and acheiving it? A certain exercise that you enjoy doing so you find interest in lifting as heavy as possible... doesnt have to be one of the BIG 3, just a lift you are very proud of acheiving... doesnt have to be a single max either, maybe its a # of reps you wanted to hit

    Lets hear them.......

Last week. I pressed 70lb incline DBs. I know it isnt a ton, but I started with a working set of 40s, now up to 10 reps with 70lbs. I was really stoked about that.

You get those up to position yourself or with help. Either way that is nice lift. Shoulder presses are my fav as well. However I have a hard time getting the heavy dumbbells into position so I usually go heavy with the barbell.

I mentioned this before, but im fairly proud of it for my overall strength which isn't that impressive. My best is 145lb DB seated triceps extension for 12 or 13 times (i cant remember sitting here, im pretty buzzed on sleep meds)

All by my lonesome. I work out alone, so if I can't put it in position I can't lift it. I just put them on my knee and kick it up there. Dip a little on each one like a clean and press till I get them both setting on my shoulder then press away. The first ones always a pain in the ass because I'm literally coming off my shoulders. I've done the 135's when someone set them on my shoulder and helped them up on the first one. But I don't count that cuz I didn't do it.

I don't have cartridge in either knees. Heavy squats hurt. I do alright on straight legged deads. Usually hit up 4 sets of 455x5 (3 or 4 on last set)

Great Fing job. This old man just cant get them up there. I also workout alone so if I can't get them in position it doesn't happen.

Yeah, it sucks lol and when I do flat bench, even with a wide grip it hurts to touch the bar to my chest. My shoulder blades press together.

Interesting...I think I might go heavier weight with less reps. Change it up a bit.

Thanks man. I have really strong shoulders. I don't have much of a drop in weight from flat db press to overhead.

I've had lagging legs my whole life. They are catching up tho. I've started doing 10set of 10 reps on squats. They are exploding. But everything else I grow good with 4-6 intense reps about 3-5 sets. Try not to go over 12 working sets.

I might have to try these. I've been doing seated French presses and my elbow has started to hurt. I use the easy curl bar with a 45 and 25 of each side and at about rep 5 my elbow feels like its about to snap. And it sucks cuz I can't take my tri anywhere near failure on that exercise!

I call those skull crushers when you use the EZ curl bar. I use a 45 and 25 each side max for 6
