    Growing (height) after puberty

Lately I've had a lot of people tell me I look taller but I always dismissed it as my shoes or something but I today I thought I would measure myself for the hell of it. Last time was about 4 years ago (21 years old) and I was about 5' 11 3/4". Today I was 6' 1 1/4" I measured 3 times to be sure. I took M1t's when I was 17 (had no idea what they were until I stopped after 4 weeks) and cycled for the first (proper time about a year and a half ago). I thought that would be enough to close my growth plates. I have been using peptides for about a year, not sure if that could have anything to do with it? Anyone else experience something like this?

Some guys get a growth spurt when they are 24-26. Most of the time though its more of a thickness thing and filling out. Some do grow vertically tho. My cousin did the same thing about tht age. Consider it a blessing lol

Doing one cycle doesn't guarantee the closing of growth plates but it is a gamble. Many men can continue to gain height into their mid 20's. Congratz

I've heard it said that people are something like 3 inches taller in orbit. Also, old people shrink with age. Maybe, the cartilage in your spine has increased.
My Dad thinks he grew an inch and a half from Tae Kwon Do, which he started in his thirties.

Tape measure. No offense but if you cant figure out how to measure yourself I think you may have bigger worries than what your height is lol.

I never said they weren't accurate, they arnt ment to measure height my friend.......
Whenever you try to measure your height with a tape measure, it will never be quite accurate. The best and most accurate way is at a medical office or hospital, anyplace that has a measuring device attached to the wall and in your bare feet.

A tape measure is made to measure increments of measurement...doesn't matter what it is. Tape measures do not discriminate against what they measure. The measuring device on the wall of the doctor's office measures the same way lol. I'm geussing he can take his shoes off at home too lol.

I will attach my tape measure to the wall to assure it is more accurate in the future

    lol.

    1. Get tape measure
    2. Stand against wall
    3. Get someone to use a flat object (ruler) and push it down flat against your head and against wall
    4. Hold ruler there, walk away
    5. Measure from the ground to the ruler
    6. Read tape measure
    7. Go back to school because where ever you went failed you miserably

I measured three times and got within 1/8" each time. I have zero reason to know my height within less than 1/8" and if you do, do it 5 times and take the average.

maybe what he is trying to say is that the tape might not be perfectly vertical as you put it to the wall. idk

but i think Quester may be right about possible changes in your spine cartilage (intervertebral disc).

    How about digging a hole:
    1. dig hole
    2. get in hole
    3. make sure top of head is even with surface.
    4. measure depth of hole
    5. throw out tape measure
    6. stay in hole
    7. wait for hole to fill

...not personal just couldn't pass up opportunity to make jokes...Jokes, yeah, I got jokes.
