ok so the bird flu bullshet is back again ... all the chickens in the stores now are frozen 1-2 months old and if i buy them and cook them .. they will taste nice but will have some kinda things that will give me food poisoning symptoms .. so any idea how long till the chickens will be available again :/? i order from stores they get them fresh from china :s

Just buy local organic/free range fresh/flash frozen chicken dude. It's not a big deal in the US, and rarely ever is. You've got a better chance of catching the Nile virus than bird flu, unless you live anywhere near the migratory bird pattern to China, and this grows and lasts longer than one year.

That's not what happens though. They'll just claim they had to kill X number of chickens to eliminate the illness from their flocks, then they can jack up the price $Y amount.

I think I got this... chicken in Hong kong is like pasta for Italians....they will always buy it no matter the price. and this is why the market laws don't apply to this case

news say that 9 people are already killed in china by H7N9 and that china is destroying it as soon as possible and 1 guy recovered who was a 4 year old boy .. 1 girl in hong kong also got the disease and guys is goat meat good??? like higher protein then chicken?
