I've been doing legs push pull x2 a week and I've seen good gains off of that.
The reason i chose this split is because I heard and read from everybody on bbdot.com that for naturals it's best to hit your muscles 2x a week because naturals need more frequency than guys on juice.
Do you guys think this is wrong? In your opinion would I see better gains hitting muscles 1 time a week on a 5 day split.?
