Problem at MY house, is that i can cook up ten pounds of chicken on the BBQ, and by the next day, it's gone.

Between my son and I, well, we eat alot!

Have the grill going right now! Gonna throw on about 10lbs of chicken, then freshen up the coals for the 4 salmon filets I have for dinner tonight. Probably cook up about 4 cups of rice and then make some more mid week.

if he SEES you making all the right dietary choices, and you talk to him regularly WHY you do what you do, it will have a prodound effect on him. I've been doing this most my sons life, and finally, I'd say abouut 5 years ago, the quality of his food choices has improved to where now he is almost as fanatical as I am. His biggest problem right now is consistancy, but he's 22, and I'm sure that will come too.....

    Good luck with your son!

I usually make my bulk meals today too.

marinated pepper chicken with green bell peppers, garlic, and red onion over brown rice. Usually eat it two or three times a day; more chicken and veggies than rice for two of the meals though.

Yeah man. I usually cook up some round steak to go with my eggs at breakfast. Usually 6 eggs 3-4oz round steak and a couple tbsp of salsa all scrambled together. Wrap in a couple of whole grain tortillas and go.

Just leave off the tortillas. Throw it in a bowl and have a simple scramble.

And now dinner is about to hit the grill.

Salmon filets stuffed with a mix of crab, shrimp, cheese, and some bread crumbs.
