Problem at MY house, is that i can cook up ten pounds of chicken on the BBQ, and by the next day, it's gone.
Between my son and I, well, we eat alot!
Have the grill going right now! Gonna throw on about 10lbs of chicken, then freshen up the coals for the 4 salmon filets I have for dinner tonight. Probably cook up about 4 cups of rice and then make some more mid week.
Cooking up a weeks worth of eye of round steak and salmon and eggs

Lol luckily I'm the only one who eats right at the house or atleast try to. Its dam sure easier to cook all at once and not to deal with it thru the week
I do want to invest into a better grill mines a pos Wal-Mart one.
It's impossible for me to cook throughout the week. 16-18 hours if my day is ate up with workOriginally Posted by jimmy726

I'll be bulk cooking tomorrow !!
if he SEES you making all the right dietary choices, and you talk to him regularly WHY you do what you do, it will have a prodound effect on him. I've been doing this most my sons life, and finally, I'd say abouut 5 years ago, the quality of his food choices has improved to where now he is almost as fanatical as I am. His biggest problem right now is consistancy, but he's 22, and I'm sure that will come too.....
Good luck with your son!
Just work lol today is a rare occasionOriginally Posted by jimmy726

My spread just went on the grill. This is only for lunches. Dinner is prepared fresh every night for the family.
I'm bulk eating. Started taking Jarrow Methyl B12 and can't stop eating. Had to stop taking it.

I usually make my bulk meals today too.
marinated pepper chicken with green bell peppers, garlic, and red onion over brown rice. Usually eat it two or three times a day; more chicken and veggies than rice for two of the meals though.
Yeah man. I usually cook up some round steak to go with my eggs at breakfast. Usually 6 eggs 3-4oz round steak and a couple tbsp of salsa all scrambled together. Wrap in a couple of whole grain tortillas and go.Originally Posted by Tron3219
I only eat 40g carbs a day, mainly from nuts, but u had me till the tortillas lolOriginally Posted by Dpyle

Yeah this is only my two work meals I make breakfast at home and then the old lady cooks family dinner. I am half way done one more cooker of rice and the chickens been flipped and throw back in. All you guys grilling are killing me.
At 5'5" and only 170 I still need around 3500+ calories for bulking purposes. Sadly.Originally Posted by LGM
Just leave off the tortillas. Throw it in a bowl and have a simple scramble.Originally Posted by Tron3219
