Sounds disgusting.
Quality sources of protein such as turkey, chicken, Greek yogurt, etc. Carbs that will allow me to hit a sufficient fiber intake (usually 50g) and whatever else I like to fit my macros such as plain bagels with cream cheese and orange juice.

It's not disgusting at all quite good actually
For me I don't like going the 7 or 8 hours while I sleep with nothing in my system . I tend to wake up and feel charged and ready to go this way
Kelkel is a freak. I am not saying that he doesn't work out hard and eat clean. But no cardio and he looking like he does. He's seems so nice, as do you, hard to hate on him.Originally Posted by austinite

I was just reading up on catabolic state. I workout after work normally done by 7 pm. Since I eat dinner within 45 min of finishing I guess I go to bed full and never thought I needed anything in the middle of the nite, food wiseOriginally Posted by kelkel

Yeah. I've been having good results thus far. However I'm bout to do high reps and moderate weight to kinda change it up and not put such a strain on my joints, ligaments and tendons for awhile. B happy if I gain 8 pounds off this blast...as long as I get to 240! :POriginally Posted by austinite

Pretty much yes. But I train alone in my basement so I have to alter things depending on the exercise. You also have to cycle that kind of intensity to avoid burnout as well as injuries. Especially as we age. You really have to just learn to listen to your body and train by instinct.

Almost every night. Sometimes 2x a night. Usually it's cottage cheese and some fruit mixed in. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich or something like that.
At 12 am I have 7 oz chicken breast & 1/2 cup of wheat pasta......at 3 am 2 cans of tuna........
