Aight wtf, somedays Ill have the runniest protein shits you've ever seen its like brown fucking liquid its like "PLEEEEEEEHHHHHHPPPPFFFFFF" and its so goddamn stinky Im like "WTF man". Anyone else get these? I think its on the days when I have 3-4 shakes, and damn, that runs, its BURNS. Seriously, it burns my sphincter for like 10 minutes after I let er rip, whys that? Then the next day, Ill be like "damn I dont wanna have the runs again" and ill drop the kids in the pool and theyre rock solid and RACIST COMMENT DELETED BY MODS! Theyre so dark brown theyre damn near black man Im like "how the hell... RACIST COMMENT DELETED BY MODS". I think its all the god damn protein???

Oh and before I forget, when I take a piss, its so light lemon colored it practically glows in the dark, seriously, looks like some sort of radioactive juice being excreted by my body. Is this a sign that im healthy? It seems days I dont take my Multi-Vitamins that my urine isnt nearly as bright and prismatic LOL Is this because of the vitamins eh?

Any other bros got some bodily functions to share?

When your shit is dark, that usually means your getting a lot of protein.
When your urine is atomic toxic yellow, it could mean your body is getting rid of excess vitamins, or your dehydrated

I get in about 150grams of protein just from shakes and the only problem I have are the notorious protein farts. Also my gf says my spunk does not taste too good since I've been taking whey, but who cares, not my problem.
