If you use too much and drop your e2 too low, then yes it will.

When used properly: no.
If anything, it should increase anabolism, since androgens are far more important for growth in men than estrogens.
If you use too much and eliminate estrogen completely, a small difference in muscle gains will be the least of your worries.
And if you don't use one at all and have sky high e2 levels, you will likely grow tits.
Just use a decent dose.
