annoyed by fu???? in gym
Who has those guys that come in the gym, take up 7 different machines, runs around flexing in mirror and acting like they are the greatest thing in the world. Pissing me off. Never done anything to me personally, just pissed me off.

If he is in not using any of the equipment you need then just have a good laugh and get back to business. If he is taking up equipment you need then say something to him. Yeah he will try saying he is cross training or whatever and just smile and say that's great but it's against the rules to use more than one machine at a time and you are keeping me from being able to do my workout as well. Try to be polite. If he is an ass then talk to management.
At one of the gyms I use to go to we had this skinny kid who was probably 6' 4" and 140 lbs at the most. He use to do maybe 3 or 4 light reps on a machine then walk around to each mirror around the whole gym pulling up his shirt to look at his perfectly flat chest and no existent abs and then flex his 7in biceps. I/we use to just chuckle when he was there.

That would so annoying, its simple if your not using a machine get the **** off it! that way other ppl can use it in between sets.
I hate when I'm "cross training" and try to be considerate if I'm not ready to do my exercise I stand by the machine I intend to do, I don't sit on the ****ing thing! I hate when I'm trying to be considerate then some fat bitch or ****ing punk plants them self on a machine that involved in my routine and justs sits there in between sets, they spend more time sitting then doing their workout!

You know that is one of the problems I think with most people who are at the gym you see who have been going for years but look exactly the same. I notice I will do 3 sets for their every 1. Typically they will do a set and BS or look at the TV at what ever sports are on and wont do another set for about 5 minutes. By then they are fully recovered so they are not working/tearing down the muscle properly while always doing the same number of sets so no improvement.

Televisions shouldn’t be in gyms but they are because most Americans can’t do anything without watching TV. The reason that they are fat and out of shape is because they watch to much TV. If you want to watch TV; go home. If you want to sit and talk; go home. If it’s a necessity for you to be on your cell phone; go home.

Disagree! I couldn't STAND doing cardio without being able to watch the news. I'm not nearly as much into music anymore. Even when I do listen to something I like, my mind gets bored.I'm starting to become more assertive. I will start by walking up and asking how many more sets they have. IF they've been sitting 3 minutes between sets, I ask if I can work in. Beyond that, I will just stand right there in front of the station and stare at them. Not mean, but just to let them know, intensely, that I'm waiting on them.
