    I got a channel already and some vids.
    Now what? Is there a certain number of subscribers, videos, or views I need first?

    & Are any of you making a little side money on the Internet a different way?

    If you are giving suggestions or advices on something like...who knows cooking advices or anything also, I suggest you to write a pdf book and might suggest to your subscrivers "if they want more info to get the pdf book for 7.99 etc"... then you can create even the advance coocking advice program which you could suggest to buy it just before the final purchase (this is call upsell). After 2 weeks- 1 month your buyer bought your product send him an email asking a feedback and maybe if you have another product ask him if he wants it (with a special discount since he is already a customer, (this is call customer re engagement)). Also you could send hima link where if he suggested 3 more people he can have the product for free (this is called refferral business). hope can help a bit

    If you want to make money only because you have some folks watching your video...I think I can't help much.
