    A few accomplishments !

About 2 years ago I came to this board with minimal knowledge, being shown around the gym by a "buddy" (blind leading the deaf) and boy have I improved alot. Just a small thankyou to everyone who has helped me along the way either on the forums or via PM for advice. I managed to make some significant improvements. When I first started I could maybe deadlift 60 lbs, bench 60 or whatever. The numbers were embarassing.

Anyways, these are some of my lifts after two years of working my butt off and listening to the vets who know a hell of a lot more than me (keep in mind with strict form) :

    Deadlift : 525 lbs
    Squat : 405 lbs
    Bench Press : 365 lbs
Dumbbell Shoulder Press : 85 lbs

(Not much weight I'm sure compared to the big guys here but still enough for me !)

I also went from around 245 lbs, 35% bodyfat to 215 lbs ~15% bodyfat with a height of 5''10.

Still too shy to post pictures but in the near future I hope to have a transformation pic up. Thanks again to everyone who helped and hopefully this might motivate atleast one other member to give it 110%.

(I would have posted this in the "proudest lift" thread but I couldn't find it when searching).

Great work, the lifts are nice, but your best numbers are the loss in weight, thats where the real health benefits come from.
