Well good news is I finally hit 175 pounds which was my goal for this year lol. Never been that weight I was 174 once but it was like at 17% body fat.
Bad new is I have to rest for a week because my back is a bit strain due to heavy squats

I think it funny when people weigh themselves multiple times while working out. Your weight is not going to change drastically during a single workout session. They weigh themselves do an exercise and then weigh themselves again. Do they think their muscle mass increases with every exercise?

Read the directions for that app. You’re not supposed to stand on it without the protective case. Also always remember to weigh yourself after drinking red bull. Cause it has wings.
