    I'm trying to stick with it, but for cryin' out loud, a second round of prednisone.... I'm at an all new lifetime high weight wise. This round is 4 weeks... I know I'm no longer in the running to win, but maybe I can keep from completely embarrassing myself.

    Sorry to hear that. Prednisone is awesome for helping many things but it's a woman's worse enemy when it comes to gaining weight. They say it's only water weight but I know and have read a LOT of women have a very hard time loosing the weight after using prednisone. Some people it does not effect but some it does bad.

    Don't give up. Every little effort counts babe and makes some sort of difference. I almost gave up with all my pain and kidney issues. Boy am I glad I pushed through it even when it wasn't a good idea

    Between the first two rounds, I'm up 50lbs from my starting weight (while eating stricter and working harder). I've been on prednisone almost this entire comp and the weight gain side is just more than I can fight right now. I hate busting my a$$ to just spin my wheels.
