    Feeling the blues

Just thought i would have a rant, recently got let off my job last week me and half a dozen other blokes. Was casual full time, obviously they can do what they want with us as there is no security in casual jobs. Anyway before losing my job, i had been feeling the blues not the happiest chap anyway, currently running 500mg test e atm about 5th week into it.

I ran dbol 30mg first 4 weeks, first time running it, and i know dbol is not for me made me very aggressive and irritable, i also grabbed one bloke by the scruff of his shirt at work was going to knock him out, thankfully i didnt. Anyway was pleased to get off the dbol, while running the dbol though i did not go out at all i did was eat and sleep no alcohol, this could have something to do with me feeling the blues, have been a bit on my own lately just been training and eating really dedicating myself. Just thoughts on how some of you lot deal with this seeing as us bodybuilders are a independent crew, loneliness at times can creep on us. My junk has not been the best either its half half when it comes to hard ons, also running adex at .50 slowly increasing it to .75mg EOD, my interest in sex has not been all the best, but no matter how much test you got running through u i believe if your feeling the blues, you wont feel interested? . Overall just have not been feeling myself down and out at times. Anyone can relate to this?

On a plus note i have already rebounded with a job start tomorrow.

Sorry about your job situation. Never a good time to lose a job. Never a good time to "grab a bloke by the scruff of his shirt" at work either. Glad you found the strength to walk away from that. Congrats on the new job, though!

Go get some L-Theanine and run it at 200 mg every couple hours for a few days and see how you feel.

Thanks aus will do some research on it prior to buying some. My mind has been feeling really fogged up to lately no clarity, for instance my verbal fluency has been slow, might go to the doctors soon, if things do not improve.

Congratulation on the new job. Keep your head up and looking at all things as the glass 1/2 full. This job may turn out to be a blessing.

Congrats on the new job, but don't let it end up like your last one. I mean it doesn't matter how angry you get at somebody, you got to show the maturity not to let it get the best of you (grabbing the guy by the scruff). From my experience, the more you give in to anger and feeling down, the more down and angry you'll end up feeling. Just let it go.

Nah def not honkey, i have come to grips that i really have to keep a cool head, i really am not normally like that, the way i acted that day. I was dosed up on dbol i shouldn't blame it on the dbol but it had alot to do with it. Also yes the more u feed into a emotion the more it will control u agreed. Im glad im off the dbol now, love the results i was getting though. Lately i have been feeling the pinch of eat lift sleep, it truly does make or break u mentally.

I was just there a few years ago (let go from job). At least we knew it was coming and could prepare for it. Sucks big time. Hang in there mate, bloke, whatever you go by.

Your emotions can run away with you while on gear and once things start going down hill you seem to can't stop them until you reach the bottom. I always felt on top of the world while on gear unless something in my life what was causing me to be depressed for me the worse time was off gear were I struggled with low test, low libido etc which was a living hell every single day, I cant explain how bad I thought when IA first started tio learn my natural test wasn't coming back to standards what made me feel normal. Try some positive thinking, read some self help books and look forward and try and find a solution to your problems, all of these helped me a lot when I was feeling down.

Or better still move to the UK were I could give you a big hug and train you to an inch of your life

It certainly is not a good feeling dsm, but one thing i have started to take note on myself i think it has alot more to do than just the loss of my job, i just have to figure out the problem, and try to address it asap, before it gets out of hands, and i let my emotions get the better of me. Thanks though.

Well my prevention right now marcus is to stop it before it hits rock bottom, because the way im feeling now is certainly not like someone that should be running 500mg of test e, its quite the opposite. Feeling annoyed at myself and and little irritable and if im not careful can take it out on others that certainly do not need my negativity around them. My problem is i believe more the loneliness side of things, since i live on my own. Also havent been sexually active lately since all i have been doing is eat, lifting and sleeping, im guess its playing a major role on my emotions, since i love to get it in and not sure if anyone recalls going back summer i was killing it, mind u i was on tren to when ever i run tren i kill it. Im certain i will take some assesment into my life of what the culprit is, and go from there, for the moment i will start this new job tomorrow and i may even hit the clubs or at the least get amongst it socially this weekend, i believe i owe it to myself, but we all know here sacrifices come great results.

Never thought i would say it u did cheer me up u poemy, im sure there will be that one day ill pop over to the UK and u will get an unexpected pm from me, for u to show me how its done in the gym or better yet ill show u how the younger grasshoppers do it.
