Does anyone notice any sleep disturbances the bigger they get? I've been experiencing terrible sleeping patterns and I'm trying to rule things out.
I sleep on my side and notice I struggle to get comfortable more often (usually happens the bigger my shoulders and lats get). However, I will eventually fall asleep. It's staying asleep that is more of the issue.

It's called sleep apnea. Your neck grows has more weight and impairs the airway. Dangerous if not treated. Cpap machine. Shit sucks.

The only other option would be to consult an ENT because I have issues with breathing out my nose. So I'm sure during sleep, I try to breath out of my mouth to get more air. I also wake up with sore throats occasionally.

Most defintley. Once I broke 220 I stated snoring, not all the time but often.
My arms fall asleep, to the point that it wakes me up. Almost in any position. Sucks.
