As I Lay Dying singer blames steroids for attempted murder of his wife
So this will surely draw even more flack and negative feelings towards steroid use .
Tim Lambesis, front man for metalcore band As I Lay Dying, was arrested a couple weeks back for trying to hire someone to murder his wife. Now that he looks like he's screwed, he's admitted to steroid use and his attorney is trying to blame "roid rage " for Tim not being able to think clearly.
What an idiot.
Also hilarious that As I Lay Dying are a "Christian" metal band.
They always sucked anyway.
Crappy band, crappy dude, crappy lawyer.
Also, step up like a man and kill your own wife haha. Loser.

Even more embarrassing is the fact he supposedly used steroids and looked the way he did.
Agreed about them being a crappy band. Drop that one-dimensional kiddie screamcore crap and listen to something with depth, like Opeth.

What a tool. I can't imagine what would lead to this, and I've been to hell and back with some broads.

What really sucks about this is the jury, lawyers, judge, and even expert medical consultants would probably have a hard time proving RR is a self control issue, not a direct psychological effect of the drugs. The good thing is that they don't have to - the burden of proof lies on the defense to prove RR DOES exist and that roids caused behavior that was beyond this criminal's control. Good luck with that!

If this guy gets away with this, I'm going to use steroids as my "get out of jail" card too (if I ever get in trouble).

Before I started working out I would easily lose my temper. My father and uncles boxed in the military and they taught us how to fight. I was grounded and spanked on several occasions for not fighting back. My youngest brother is 15 years older than me. I have nephews that are older than me. My brothers, nephews, and male cousins would pick on me. If I didn’t fight back they would beat the crap out of me. I was very angry all the time. Working out calmed me down and helps help me remain calm.
When I use to get angry the rage would build until I saw red and I would just snap. I always felt bad after wards but I never thought about what I was going to do before I did it.
