I tend to alternate mine bottom up/ top up every couple days. I hate it at the end of the jar when you have the dryer stuff at the bottom. Wouldnt dumping the oil throw off the macros? I eat it primarily for the fat

I turn my natural pb upside down to separate/dislodge the pb from the glass sides of the jar (takes hours/days) to facilitate easier stirring/mixing, but the oil simply moves to the top again (which is now the bottom)
edit: after it's mixed I put it in the fridge and it doesn't separate again...Last edited by HitIt; 05-21-2013 at 08:20 AM.
