What's the most weight you've lost in the least amount of time....?
Me?
Just recently, had some weird intestinal thing, and dropped 25lbs in two weeks. Went from 235 down to 210. and no rebound with the weight yet either! STILL at 210~!~~!

I'd love to tell you it was ALL fat. But that would be a lie. Unfortunately, it was probably at the same ratio lbm/total weight as I am, which was about 15% body fat. My arms a now small, legs shrank, chest is still holding up. I definitely don't fit my clothes the same as I did a few weeks ago.
good news is my gorilla gut is gone.
some consolation prize, huh?

Dropped close to 25lbs in days after licking the A on a porn star, caught something horrific which shredded me to bits. Couldn't keep anything down and it was coming out of every orifice...Had a rebound though once I was better

While in my younger years, I dropped 70lbs in 7 or 8 weeks and maintained the loss for years.

Went from 260 Fat to 200 pretty lean and some abs. In about 4 months.
I put the weight on in about a year. Eating whatever and being very sedintary.
I quit eating after about 4pm and started drinking and partying and workingout. Not all at the sametime. Wasnt the heathiest approach, but it worked.

3kg in 2 days.
I stopped.my routine.from
hour to hour.n half intense.weights
Pro shake.
Half hpur break.
Then (avg)45 mins.cardio
Now.i train hour.to hour n half ONE GROUP ONLY
go home.
Have a PROPER meal (Healthy of course)
hour n half rest ATLEAST
another hour or so training to finish any 'linked' muscle group
I feel so much better for it. Like reallllly better. Amd can hot both groups suitably hard

I lost 50lbs in 2 hours when I got my leg amputated .. Best way to loose weight super fast

80 lbs in 2 months 2 years ago. Down 40 more since March, 20 more to go, should be sitting pretty at 15%

I used to run a lot, and I'd call that water loss after a moderate 10k run......
skinny....
weak....
some bloke at the gym, someone I've never spoken to before, approached me and said "Wow! Looks like you've lost some weight!"
kinda depressed. I was hoping to get some kind of rebound effect, but so far, I'm still at 210. the 25lbs will have to go back on the hard way, like the first time apparently.....
....but the plumbing is working fine if that's what you were asking?

37 in 7 weeks
first it was the break up diet then she ****ed my friend and I couldnt eat anything diet
then it turned into getting back in shape so I could try and bang all her friends
Roller coaster of weight and emotions!!

can't remember how much in total, but my 1st run with clen was unbelievable..
i was loosing 1 kg one day, next day weighed myself again, lost another 1.5 kg, next day lost another .5 kg, next day went down another kg.. etc...
cut down to 88 kg i think.. but that only lasted 1 day...

25lbs in past 5 mos. Not a lot for.some but I've never been that out of shape. Losing weight was not something I ever had to try hard for before taking 10yrs off. And getting older

22kg roughly 50lb in about 2-3 months about 3 years ago
Was over weight and wanted to loose it. changed my diet and started running. fell of me never looked back from there. haven't put any of it back on. Maybe 2 kilo in the past month but bf% is going down so can't complain.
