    The importance of Posture

Never realized the chain of events bad posture could cause.

I have been dealing with a few injuries lately. I had been going to chiro and it was great relief but temp and There is no way I would continue to shell $400 a month for 10 mins of elec stem and having my neck cracked.

I work at a desk in phone sales. Over the years my posture has gone to shit.I slouch over a little bit and i dont have my shoulder rolled back when I walk. Its caused my neck to not be straight up and more forward.

Throw in heavy lifting and pain starts to happen. Started working with a great physical therapist who has taught me all of my injuries are due to my poor posture. So I have been getting my shoulders and neck taped up. I feel like a bit of a duff because I feel like I am inteionally pushing out my chest thats how awkward it feels for my body to be in the right position.

Its very awkward to train my body to do this the right way now Since its been going on for years

My posture sucks and I feel crooked all the time. When doing good mornings last night, I looked in the mirror and noticed that my knee caps where at all in line with each other. My right one looked higher than my left one. I have pain in my left hip, left knee, and ankle! I know a lot of it is related to posture and the fact that I have hybermobile joints. I can crack my back loud and in another 10 minutes, joints fall out of place and have to crack it again to reset them. Sucks! I think my joints need some type of nitrogen retention or something but I have yet to find anything to help out with that.
