sort of like when you watch yourself on a video? how it doesn't quite match your own self image?

Lol that is exactly the way I've always looked at myself. Even at 6'4" and 230 pounds I feel like I'm under 200. My woman always gives me shit for constantly criticizing myself. I guess we all have a mental image of what we feel like we should look like and that image always changes the closer we get to actually looking like the original goal. The only time i feel anywhere near my size is in q hiit or circuit class with about 20 of you midway through looking at a wall of all your reflections. Thats the only gods honest truth when i feel i look pretty good. Or bigger than most anyway. The only damn time.
But. I use bodydismorphia to my advantage. Im upwet with my size. My strength. Need.to get.bigger. all i tell myself. No matter wot. U keep going.
I did get to quickly measure my bicep as i bet its bigger than my calf. And my.mates calve.
Bicep 42cm could probs squueze it for more.
calf 37cm
