Craving some beer?
Does anyone else here love to drink some beers sometime? I love beer but as I age I have been drinking a little less. Last time I had a drink was when I took my 1 week off working out which was about a month ago. Then before that I didnt drink for 5 months. I am actually craving around 4 or 6 beers right now but I am on a calorie cutting cycle that has been going so good so far. I mean I already lost 8 pounds and its only been a month of cutting, I went from 175 to 168 pounds at 14-13% bf. Anyone else here that loves beer as much as they love their body?? I know there is some people here dont be shy!

I don’t drink. You mention the extra calories. Did you know that Alcohol lowers protein synthesis by 20%? It also increases your estrogen while decreasing you testosterone levels .

I craved beer for a few years straight. Even worse, I craved dark beer. I got very fat. 275 lbs fat.
Do yourself a favor and go drink some tequila.

Alcohol and drugs really ruined my body. I look back at pictures from 5-6 years ago and I look older then, than I do now. I just never understood the idea of sitting back and enjoying a cold one. I guess thats what happens when you are irish.

I know about all the damage it can do if it gets you by the balls. Even if it doesn't remember in moderation. Sorry to talk to anyone like there is a problem, just always a thing to consider for some. I don't enjoy it, not a drop but that's just me. Be cool in all you do guys. ...crazy n cool mike

I thought for a long time I was an alcoholic but over the past 12 months I have realized that I would drink so heavy because I was nervous and anxious before going out. I have really turned it around and have learned to control my drinking now.
This past weekend I had two beers. I really didnt care for them and I was like ehh. I dont want a head ache tomorrow so I switched over to diet coke and eat a ton of steak which I enjoyed more. I was never able to do that before.

I had 4 Guinness last Friday. Was like as if I was hit with a train. A year ago I was drinking nearly 30 pints a week and used drink all the different types of ales and white beers etc now have stopped practically. Last friday was the first time I drank in over 3 months not arsed anymore.
I just do things now that don't do any real harm to my body. Still go out but have a diet coke instead or strech to a vodka amd diet coke.

Now that's what I'm talkin about. Cool deal man...if you can manage it and not be a drunk then fine, why not. But why and that's personal, but we can tell a lot about what we do if we examine our motives. Good for you man, it's about control if you can and if you cannot, abstinence ...crazy mike
