    If I got a dollar for every time??

    Took my kids swimming today and sitting in the hottub and lady ask's me "do you work out?" get this a lot guess it starting to show. I get asked this a lot. Wish I had a dollar each time.

    fukc mate, I just lost 40lbs very recently, and now I'm getting the "wow, you've lost a lot of weight"

    ...you know how it is, when you're fat and lose the weight it's a compliment. But when I'm hearing it, it is more like "holy fukc, what happened?" - NOT a compliment at all.

    ...so it's back to the drawing board for me!

    Im thinking you mean you lost muscle mass. Wish I had that problem.

    So Im taking it your a big dude!! Like hit the top of how big you can be! This is interesting to me as I am only getting more size at this point haven't even reached a point of how to get bigger. Im still going for the natty gains.

    The thought hasn't even crossed my mind about losing size? Still to new and had no set backs!!

    How to overcome?

    Dont try to push your limits to fast or lift to heavy. Lean/concentrate of form, always warming up (not necessarily stretching) fully.

    Diet is always #1 when it comes to gaining lean muscle mass only equal to proper training/lifting.

    Have you posted any pictures yet?

    I posted a pic on my page. Can't figure out how to get it on my avatar. I strecth 10 to 15 minutes before every WO. I see most people dont at gym dont (or do it before they get there) . For me it just feels good. I do 2 or 3 warm up sets scaling the weight up before I hit the heavy sets.
