P.s. don't take 40mg at once I did one time and your shit will be so pumped it starts to hurt a little, and whoever gets it will be unable to walk right for the week lol
Thanks mate!!!!! Ill get the bird to praise your name at the end haha![]()
Not sure why you would need 20mg daily? What specifically are you taking 20mg for - out of curiosity???
At 23yrs old, taking 20mg for ED is excessive. If you are having severe ED from gear, I suggest you cycle off or try a lower dose for ED. If you build a tolerance to Cialis at 23, how much do you think you'll need by the time you're 30!?!Originally Posted by Euroholic
This isn't preemptive, this is ignorance. Be smart about the drugs you're taking, not abusive.
I installed a Cialis IV drip today. Kind of gets in the way during sex, but whatever.

Ok off ops topic, but usually is in his threads, but it does pertain to topic. Kinda figured u could build a tolerance but never heard it before. So taking 5 mg twice a day is ok at 33? Lol. Just wondering when I get to be the age where I need it for ED, will I need more the normal?
Same goes for Viagra?
I've read nothing in terms of tolerance.
5mg is the recommended daily dose.
All bets are off if you take 20mg/day for an extended period of time.
Doing that would be harmful and plain dumb.
Have you tried the new suppositories?Originally Posted by austinite

Every drug will develop some tolerance - even something as common as Tylenol. Over time your body will adapt to a continuous supply of a drug and lower doses become less effective (anyone hear of homeostasis and adaptive responses - first year biology and pharmacology!!!).
I can't think of many clinical situations where an individual (23, 24, or otherwise) would need more than 5mg to start provided the person has no prior hx of use. Sure, elderly gentlemen may be the exception, but starting at a dose of 5-10mg is all that is required in the majority of cases - and yes, ED can also be due to psychological variables rather than morphology.
If you're taking 20mg now, how much do you suppose you'll need in 5 more years?
Moreover, Cialis is not a risk-free drug. Some of the more serious (though rare) adverse events include:
- angina
- tachycardia
- CVA
- MI
- Stevens Johnson syndrome
Now before anyone argues that these are extreme and generally rare, I remind you that there isn't a single person here that can without a doubt, say who is at risk and who is not at risk for the above conditions.
Educate before you medicate is our mantra in this forum and it applies to ALL forms of drugs, not just steroids.
Be smart.

That's right! If you abuse Cialis you'll look and sound like MI - that alone should discourage everyone. LolOriginally Posted by austinite
