    Man of Steel

So I just seen the early screening of Man of Steel.

And it was Epic. So if your a fan of comic book movies go check out.
If not still go see it the story line and how the writers n directors portray Superman in this movie is outstanding.

Oh yeah the destruction and action tops damn near any movie.

And like I said the way they tell the story is awesome. Its dosent have the comedy of the Marvel movies.
It a more seriousness of the Dark Knight series and cinematic visuals of Inception along with a dramatic telling of who Superman is and why he believes in the things he does.

Also has an all-star cast that will surprise most.

I agree. The first few I liked but then I started to drift away. I have to admit this trailer looks good so i might give it another try.

I couldn't agree more. That's why they did a total reboot similar to what they did with the newer Batman movies.

Plus they finally made Superman with a build ( Body ) you'd expect him to have.

This is what I've heard..... The first half of the movie is good because of the character development but then they OVER cgi the movie. The reviews have said that it's okay over all but don't hold high expectations because you'll hate it more and more as the days pass after you've seen it.

just took my son to see it and all I gotta say is omg....well done....Haz u got it right with the first half being character development....but I have to disagree with the over CGI....I think it was absolutely well done....didnt look cheesy at all and while I knew it was CGI it was done in a way that just fit....I gotta say this movie was more than I anticipated and in fact was imo better than Iron Man 3....and 2....
the first fight scene imo was riiiidicuulous(in a good way)....I dont know if yall played the game back in the day...but it reminded of Killer Instinct....that chick was baaaad aasss...
I gotta say go see it I dont think you'll be disappointed....
and Rwy....I think you'll appreciate the drama from some of the actors and passion they put in there lines....

    go check it out

Kevin Costner Scene was heart breaking but did so much for character development

I just got home from seeing it. At points I tried to not let my inner comic fan boy ruin some of the things they did differently and look at the big picture. IMO Batman Begins has always been the best comic book movie. The story, the acting, the score, the action, the darkness the film had. I absolutely love the marvel movies but they dont have the same passion that the dc movies do. They are funnier without a doubt but this movie was exceptionally done. Its a very different angle of telling the story and the way it was done.

Its superman. Its shit normal people cant do so how viewers can say its to much cgi is odd. Yea so I am going to crown this the best comic book movie ever made.

I agree the Kevin Costner scene was heartbreaking. And conveys the messege to the audience and makes you understand why superman is the way he is.
I'm taking my son to see it later again.

Guys if you don't have your estrogen in check that scene will have balling like a little girl.

Hmmmm I dont know, I saw it yesterday (Friday) and really didnt care for it much. I think they jammed to much into to little time. Would have been better to add another 1hr to the movie or split it up into 2 movies.

Lovely. That father-son stuff always gets me. Like the end of Field of Dreams (why's it always Costner?) where he plays catch with his dad. Kills me every time dammit!

Same here. I think that's why I've always liked Superman . Its the story behind him about a father or in his case 2 fathers willing to give their lives to protect their son, and show him right from wrong .
While letting him choose his own path but teaching him to be accountable for his actions.

As father myself I couldn't wait to enjoy this movie with my son. And hope when he grows older its a memory he looks back on and smiles.
