Everything is possible with any frame, given that you eat and train properly. When you have those two things tightened down, we can begin to explore the option of adding in compounds. Judging by your other threads, you're just wanting us to tell you to take gear and it will all be ok. Unfortunately that isnt how it works on these forums.Quote:

You have a decent base if you ask me. Do as suggested, dial in diet and training program and STICK TO IT!! Thats the key. PIck a goal, gain/cut, research, get a solid and approved diet/training regimen and stick to it. You will reach your goals if realistic.
Defeatist attitude bro...If this is something you really want so badly, you will put in the necessary effort to achieve it. Dial in your diet & training, and stop taking time off, and you will make the progress you desire. Haphazardly going after these goals is not going to get you there. Do you think these guys in the gym that you envy were able to achieve their physiques by training on & off and eating poorly? Often times I'll hear people in your position, point out people who attain an incredible physique with little effort and a mediocre diet, and say "so and so lifts a couple days a week and eats like shit, but looks amazing." Ok, I concede these people exist, and it is probably very nice to be blessed with such amazing genetics that it takes very little effort. However, THAT IS NOT YOU!!! It's not me either, the difference is that I accept that, and realize that to look the way I want to, it takes considerably more work, dedication, and effort, than someone whom it comes 'natural' to. This may seem unfair to you, but its not, we all have things in which we excel, and that others are probably envious of us for. The key I believe here, is stop constantly comparing yourself to someone else in a negative way, but rather to use those people as inspiration to put in the necessary work to make it happen.Quote:

OP you have a perfect frame. I can show you photos way worse than you are now and I learnt to eat right and the magic happened. My training was always spot on though.

I got in a motor bike accident at 18 and lost half my body weight and was in a wheel chair for 1 year.
I fractured skull being stupid at 22 and was in a coma for 3 weeks and lost pretty much everything I gained yet again.
pacemaker put in at 24 and redone cause it broke at 27. both times I could lift my left arm for a freaking year. so yes it sucks but I am still able to lift and still able to put in the time and god willing I will make my goal one day if I can stay healthy. my goal is not unrealistic either.
suck it up and keep training and eating.

There is no "magic" to the big strong guys you see at the gym or wherever else. Genetics do play a role, but not how you think.
In your case, you seem like a solid framed dude who just wants to get big. < well, the get big part is not gonna happen - unless - > training+food+sauce(time). Very simple equation, you take out any of the 4, you will be what you are.
It's just life, you get what you put in. But, it sure does come easier to some than others. Focus on that & you will have even less.
Ah say who cares about the guys got it easy. Easy come easy go haha. Just go at it like a goddamn jack hammer. Don't pick away at it. Grab ur weights like ur life depends on it. Eat your meals like u ain't gunna get another. And you keep at it. Don't think if days or weeks or months or years. U just keep going. U go n go n go. U don't think I'll calm down in 6 months. Or a year. That ain't in the game plan. You do this like its your life.
