Lovbyts Week 1
Starting weight 180 lbs
My plan is to stick to the basics. Clean bulk for 60 days then diet/cut for 30 to do a body re-composition.
Working on getting back to my 2010 stats and then onward and upward to match my AV or better.
Pictures as of today. 3/17/2013

A couple other more recent poses.
Day 1 worked legs. Best leg workout I have had in a LONG time. felt like puking before I got done. Had to hold the hand rail to go down the stairs and going back up was WEIRD feeling. Still sweating 30 minutes after my shower. lol
Day 2 worked Biceps for a whole 30 minutes. It was all I could do to get to the gym after being up for 43hrs and counting? Yeah I know not good. I'm going home in a while to sleep. Hope to make it to the gym later today again.Last edited by lovbyts; 03-28-2013 at 02:44 PM.

Lovbyts Week 2
Weight 182 lbs
OK only 6 days not a full week.
Besides the upper back cramping and causing some shoulder issues again so far so good.
Friday: got asked to cover for someone so I had to work OT, awake for a little over 24 hrs again. Worked Triceps
Saturday: didn't sleep good. Felt a little sick and kept waking up. Got to work and puked. Must have eaten something bad. Worked Bicep
Sunday: feeling better, got a little sleep at least 6hrs+. Worked chest today pretty good.
Monday: still not feeling up to par. Been hard to eat much and stomach still upset. Worked legs hard enough I felt very light headed for a good 1hr after and the legs felt spent although I think I only got 3/4 of a good leg workout as well as shoulders.
Tuesday: Worked back/lats. So far so good, we will see if I cramp up later like last week but it's feeling OK, especially after laying on an Ice pack.
Wednesday: worked Triceps

Lovbyts Week 3
Weight 187 lbs
Saturday: Bicep day. Seated preacher bench wide and narrow grip. Isolated dumbbell curls using the back side of the preacher bench. Curl bar using the back side of preacher bench. Also worked Quads and hamstrings.
Sunday: Triceps. v bar push-downs, Stright bar close grip push-downs, dumbbell kickback & Dips leaning forward.

Sunday: taking another rest day because of the eye.
Monday: Legs

Lovbyts Week 6
Wow almost 1/2 through. Time to think about diet/cutting.
Saturday: Chest. Dumbbell incline bench. Dumbbell decline bench, Dumbbell flat flies, incline flies, decline flies. Cable shoulder work for initial warmup and throughout.
Sunday: Bicep
Monday: Shoulders

Thanks, yeah I found that one and posted up another one that shows all 4 of the relaxed poses pretty well.

We will get there but it will take a LOT of sweat. lol I made it before and I can make it again. IF I can get back or even close to my pre 2010 stats by the end of this I will be happy. That does not mean I am satisfied and going to stop, only it is my starting point from where I left off 3 years ago.
I swear though my pictures in my profile from 2 weeks ago look better than today but, I guess that might not be a bad thing overall as long as I dont keep going down hill. lolLast edited by lovbyts; 03-17-2013 at 05:13 AM.

Arms sound like a plan. I just did legs and almost puked. I though going down stairs was fun until I realized I left something and had to go back up. hahaha weird feeling.
