Wouldn't that be nice.... But to many people profit from keeping racism alive. That's mostly what EEO and Affirmative Action does is promote racism anymore.

At least the kid's dream most likely will come true

I have more humble dreams than something unrealistic like an ending to state-sanctioned racism (affirmative action). I just want enough money to retire while I'm young enough to still enjoy life.

Who am I to disagree with you or her. She wants to open a dorm for college students (girls) when we go back to Philippines with restaurant/bar/laundry all in one. How can I argue with that logic???

Nope, she said that is my job as well as managing the bar.
