My question is something like this actually stick? I do paint but not illegally for for along time ...she knows I paint anf has evidence I'm a highprofile writer so ive done lots of damage in the past.
She flatout blackmaled me today ...

i dont think you have any worries But i would recommend calmly talking to her and attempting to find out the root of the actions she is taking ~if you dont get it resolved she could just focus all her hurt feelings on revenge rather then healing and letting go.
try an remember that at some level she still loves you and is very vulnerable and unstable from the pain- if she didnt love you to some degree she would not bother with you in any way. thats a women fact

Yeah and again you are over thinking it, being paranoid. #1, it's not murder, robbery or anything that is a BIG deal so they wont care. #2 you said it doesn't show your face so there is no evidence. #3 even if it shows your tat they are not going to put money and resources into prosecuting you for something like that especially that long ago.

No cop or anyone is going to give her the time of day about it and the only one giving her any power is you. You need to man up and stand up to her. Call her bluff because that's all it is and do the right thing and STOP letting her her use your daughter as a tool.

The best thing you can do for yourself and daughter is to not let her (the mother) use her or the past to control the situation or future. It will never stop if you let it continue.
