I guess everyone reacts differently. Everyone who knows me knows NOT to try to scare me. That is not how I react at all. I have always immediately go into a defensive stance, one are up blocking and the other punching. I have come mm from hitting people I know playing a prank like that, just barley able to pull my punch in time. I dont make any noise and it's 100% reflex.
I'm not sure how or why I do it, I just always have. It's funny sometimes it even scares me how fast I react and have no control over it. It has honestly made me thing maybe there is some truth to reincarnation and maybe I had some type of military or martial arts training? LOL
Poor guy obviously isn't exactly the brave type.

It's just a natural human reaction. Everyone has it.

Lol that guy has some deep rooted traumatic experience buried in his past. Like maybe his psycho brother used to stalk him and pull his underwear up over his head and give him a wet willy.

Yup, that scares me more than anything when it happens. I usually am shocked and think I could have just punched someone, wife, daughter, friend because it's such a complete reflex. Ive never been a fighter in any way either or aggressive, it's just weird. I would really like to know why Im like that but I guess it's better than being like the guy in the video. lol

Well I've trained hundreds of soldiers in my military service and I agree to a point. If its someone walking up and touching you or something I understand, but trust me let an ied go off 20 yds behind you and I promise it'd gonna be a different story. I'm not saying everyone acts like a wussy like the video, but alot of it depends on the situation.

I agree to a point. I have not had a IED go off near me but I have had several different explosions such as M80, gun shots or just something that fell and went bang and although I sort of jump it's always the same, I do a spin towards the sound with my guard up, blocking and ready to punch....
If someone actually touches me and it catches me off guard enough that is when it really freaks me out because I have grabbed the other person and pulled my punch just in time.
Really I cant explain it but it's what happens every time.

LOL, you just dont know how close to the truth that is.... I have been lucky enough to pull my punches at the last second but I can see that defiantly happening. Only thing is that guy is slow compared to what usually happens with me.
Part of the same video but for some reason I like this one better where it starts at 3:39.
