    I did those today. 5 sets at the beginning and 5 sets at the end of my workout. It's a good way to stimulate your stabilizing muscles and it tricks fast twitch fibers into thinking they're slow twitch fibers and by the end all your fibers are at their highest anabolic state. Anyway, I heard all the bodybuilders were doing it and I figured I should to so I don't look stupid.

    Omg... you have to limit this to 3 sets. 5 is just outrageous.

    This only works if you do it in an anabolic atmosphere.

    Very true and that's the hardest part. The anabolic atmosphere is such a delicate atmosphere. You have to nurture it and make sure all things in your life are anabolic if you're going to maintain it. Your house should be anabolic, your car and even your clothes. If you're really serious you'll make sure you always speak anabolic and you'll only allow those who are also anabolic into your atmosphere. If you can learn how to force your body to develop an anabolic scent, then and only then will you be lightyears ahead of the rest.

    WTF is with all the projectile vomiting. Popping nose bleeds during heavy singles sure, but vomiting never crossed my mind! Damn. The dog wiping his butt was hysterical.
